Gameplay
Genre: 3D speed running, platformer
Number of players: Single player
Game mechanics:
- Player must maintain the character’s size without shrinking or growing too much
- Can move around freely, jump, double jump, wall jump.
- Wall jump continuously where possible
- Double jump can be refreshed when in contact with the ground
- Cannot run up steep surfaces
- Three types of surfaces:
- Regular surface: does nothing
- Grow surface: increases player’s size over time
- Shrink surface: decreases player’s size over time
- Something that instantly kills the player on contact (potentially a laser beam or surface)
- Special collectables that are hidden or placed in hard to find areas. These are required to unlock the next level.
Overall experience: The game aims to make the player feel fast, nimble, and reflexive. The player is able to perform different types of jumps and must quickly navigate his/her character onto desirable surfaces. The game is fast-paced.
